In the case of booking a visit to carry out treatment at the treatment facility operated by Nawrocki Clinic Limited Joint-Stock Partnership, a deposit in the amount of — PLN is charged.
The deposit may be paid at the clinic or by bank transfer to bank account no: 71 1050 1764 1000 0090 3249 6284. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, failure to post the payment within 3 business days of booking will result in cancellation of your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from the cost of treatment at the time of settlement.
If the Patient postpones the appointment with a minimum of 48 – hours notice, the deposit paid is credited towards the next visit. If the appointment is not rescheduled with the required advance notice or the Patient does not appear at the arranged appointment, the deposit is forfeited. Non-refund of the deposit is due to the necessity of the healthcare entity to incur the costs of proper preparation of the Patient’s visit place and costs related to the medical staff’s readiness to provide medical services.
If, for reasons attributable to the healthcare provider, the service cannot be provided, the amount of the deposit is refundable in full within 7 days from the date of informing the patient about the situation.
