The Patient underwent an implant procedure in the upper and the lower jaw in order to restore the missing teeth – The Implant Pro protocol was used in her case. The monolithic zirconium bridge was designed to be placed in the upper and lower arch.

The Patient received a comprehensive treatment in the upper and the lower jaw, completed with the design and production of the implants and ceramic-bonded zirconium crowns.
Two titanium beams were placed on implants, then a monolithic zirconium bridge bonded with ceramics was made.

28 ceramic-bonded zirconium crowns in the ‘bleach 2’ colour were made for the Patient.
Patients often have concerns about ‘bleach’ palette colours, but thanks to the transparency and the structure of crowns, the final result we may obtain with these shades is more natural. Do not let the name ‘bleach’ (it has nothing to do with the commonly used detergent) mislead you: in this case it is perfectly safe.
The patient lost tooth 21 – the central incisor – as a result of the injury. In the Immediate Smile protocol, the implant was inserted on day 1 using a surgical template and a temporary ceramic crown was made. After the period of integration of the implant with the bone, the temporary crown was replaced with a final zirconium crown supported by an Atlantis individual abutment.
During one visit, the patient had 4 implants placed in his jaw and on the same day a temporary work was performed – a PMMA bridge (photos 03, 04). A temporary bridge supported by 3 implants was made in the mandible. Final reconstruction – a monolithic zirconium bridge in the jaw was placed after the period of integration of the implants with the bone – after 4 months, and in the mandible, a zirconium bridge supported by 3 implants, 3 all-ceramic crowns and 1 crown in the mandible on an implant on the opposite side was placed.
The patient underwent comprehensive treatment, complete reconstruction of the upper and lower arches using zirconium crowns faced with ceramics. The work was made in the BLEACH 1 color.
The patient underwent comprehensive treatment of the maxilla and mandible to improve her smile. Then the crowns and a zirconium bridge faced with ceramics were placed. The reconstruction was made on the pillars of the natural teeth and implants.
