CEREC PROSTHETICS

– A smile is for happy people.- That’s where you are wrong. It is the smile that makes us happy. […] Just try – smile and you will see.

Eric-Eammanuel Schmitt, Mr. Ibrahim and the Flowers of the Koran

A smile can make you happy, we could not agree more. We witness it every day. We can see a genuine happiness and joy in our Patients’ eyes when they see their new smile in the mirror and look at their transformed, beautiful face for the first time.

Technology that changes the process of treatment

Our own prosthetic lab and modern technology gives us the autonomy to make various prosthetic works even during just one appointment.

How is that possible?

  • the dentist, after tooth processing for e.g.: a crown or a veneer, makes a scan using a special, safe camera. It is a kind of digital imprint.
  • next, a dental technician is able to, in just a few minutes, design a restoration which is then milled from a porcelain block using a specialized numerical moulder.

Aesthetics

Restorations which are obtained with this method are characterized by very high aesthetic value. This is due to using full ceramic restorations without the metal foundation.

Dental technicians working in our Clinic have the necessary experience and skills to create a cover-up of a given fixture, so as to make it perfectly matched to the Patient’s natural teeth.

Durability

Another advantage of such restorations is their durability due to the specific hardness of the porcelain and precise fitting (the milling precision is accurate to within 25 µm).

Speed

It is very important to our Patients that we’re able to make such restorations much faster so that a completed crown, veneer or bridge can be delivered within two hours after the teeth are prepared without waiting, as it was necessary using the previous method, for 7 – 10 days and 2 or 3 appointments.

No ‘need for analogue imprints

Using this technique we also eliminate the necessity of making imprints, which is unpleasant for the patients.

We strive for perfect restorations, but at the same time we consider the individual needs of each patient to produce a beautiful and harmonious smile.
