Medical Staff Coordinator / Dental Hygienist
She has been involved in dentistry since 2016. She gained experience as a dental hygienist, performing prophylaxis, whitening, and hygiene treatments based on the modern Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) protocol, and also worked alongside Dr. Michał Nawrocki as an implantology, surgical, and prosthetic assistant. She is also a certified dental technician, which broadens her professional competence and allows her to view dentistry from a variety of perspectives.
As a medical team coordinator, she ensures the development and organization of the team’s work, as well as the well-being of patients, performing prophylactic treatments – including under microscopic magnification, which allows for even greater precision and accuracy. She regularly attends courses and training, constantly updating her knowledge and sharing it with the team so that everyone can work according to the latest standards.
Her team management approach is based on many years of clinical practice, experience gained alongside Dr. Michał Nawrocki, and collaboration with dentists of all specialties.
In her personal life, she is a wife, mother of two, and passionate about photography and horse riding.
